Appointment Drop Off

All animals should be dropped off between 7am and 7:45am.

Appointment Pick up Times

Animals should be picked up the same day between 4:30-5:15.  Prior to your animal's release, we will go over aftercare instructions with you.  Due to this, there may be a a few minutes of wait time.  In general, we typically release dogs prior to cats. 

On the night before your pet's appointment

Do not give your pet any food or water after 8 PM the night before their surgery, this includes the morning of your appointment. 

FYI

Each domestic cat must arrive in a carrier.  Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier.  Feral cats should arrive in a humane trap.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic at 901-324-3202 at least 2 days prior to your appointment time.
